RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS POLICY
Purchases made from the online store of www.roastum.in cannot be returned. We offer a full replacement of products in case of damage during shipment, a wrong product is delivered, a product is missing from the shipment, or if a product received is not fit for consumption. In order to receive a replacement, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via e-mail or phone giving details of the damage or specific issue. Our customer support team may ask you to furnish further details such as pictures of the products delivered, batch number and manufacturing date of the products as printed on the packaging, etc. to validate the damage/ issue and to help us in improving our service in the future. Replacements are processed immediately after our customer support team has validated the damage or specific issue.
Any cancellation request must be initiated before 5:30 PM the day of your scheduled shipment by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders that have already been shipped or dispatched are not eligible for cancellation. All refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take further time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund at their end and credit your account with the refund amount
We use a large network of couriers and delivery partners to deliver your orders in the fastest possible time. After an order is confirmed, delivery is usually done within 3 to 7 days. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an update with a courier tracking number. You can use this to find out your delivery status.
